Recipe for hot apples stewed in calvados
serves four with ice cream
- 2 cooking apples
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp Calvados (or brandy)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Peel, core, and chop the apples
- Heat gently in the rest of the ingredients
